Duane Jackson
Co-Founder
Duane founded KashFlow, the first online accounting software, which at the time was renowned for it’s ease-of-use and high customer satisfaction ratings.
More recently he built Staffology, a cutting-edge payroll platform. It now underpins many different payroll products and services. Around 1 in 5 employees in the UK now have their PAYE processed via it.
Outside of building software products he is a Patron of The Kings Trust, the organisation which first helped him get into entrepreneurship.
Chaitanya Deshpande
Co-Founder
Chai joined KashFlow as a Software Architect shortly before it was acquired by IRIS Software. He spent 10 years at IRIS building software products.
Later, he joined the Staffology team where he worked alongside Duane in enhancing the product and scaling it to manage hundreds of thousands of monthly payslips.
In 2025 he started CIS Manager and convinced Duane to join him on this new journey.

Building the future of construction software
Having previously led successful technological innovations in cloud software, with a specific focus on HMRC compliance, we are now doing the same with the construction industry.
Until now, managing payments to subcontractors under the Construction Industry Scheme has meant using cumbersome desktop software, primarily designed for traditional PAYE payroll. CIS was included as an afterthought.
We wanted to change that and create a modern cloud-based platform specifically designed for managing CIS.
We’ve started with the basics, but there is much more to come.
We actively encourage feedback to help us improve the software and add new features.
